Does my property qualify for the offers?
HoustoniBuyers offers apply to homes that meet the following criteria:
- Single Family Homes & Townhouses. Unfortunately, pre-fabricated/manufactured/mobile homes do not qualify.
- Homes built after 1960 in Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, and Galveston County.
- Homes that sit on more of an acre of land
- Homes that don’t have non-permitted additions (garage conversions Ok), significant foundation issues, solar leases, or polybutylene plumbing.
- Homes price above $300,000 (due to market risk the property has meet certain DSCR)
Unlike the national companies HoustoniBuyers does a allow a temporary lease back on the property!
